This month, PalmPesa introduced several updates to make the platform more secure, easier to use, and more reliable for users.
PalmPesa now supports PIN login, allowing users to access their accounts faster while keeping their information protected. We also improved security with instant security notifications for sensitive actions such as incorrect PIN or password attempts, password changes, account updates, withdrawals, and money request activity.
Money requests are now smoother too. Users can preview fees before sending requests, verify recipient names, and enjoy better processing for mobile money requests. We also added stronger card PIN protection for money requests and automatic withdrawals, giving users more control over their funds.
Registration has been improved with better validation and clearer error messages, making signup easier and reducing mistakes during account creation. We also introduced enhanced user verification features to support safer onboarding and account approval.
On the visual side, PalmPesa received a refreshed interface with updated theme colors across key pages, improving the overall user experience. Blog and announcement images have also been fixed so users can view updates and news properly.
